  1. Why not just focus on increasing the one hand swings or Turkish get up in place of the two-hand swing? Or maybe you should try the goblet squat.

    I don’t know, for me once you get the hang of the one hand swing, you no longer need the 2H swing.

    1. I think I should give it a try, thanks! To be honest, I don’t have too much progression thought on Kettlebell workouts. It is kind of Simple & Sinister Pt 1 all over, and for this the main purpose was to warm-up before getting outdoors (in the rain) to start the muscle-up progression training.
      Goblet squat is indeed a good one, as well as KB thrusters. Even though snatch is my all time favourite 😀
